We had a leak strangely positioned on the outside of a glass block wall that serves as the shower curtain for this bathroom. Tile is on the other inner side. Our master plumber, and the original builder of our home both agreed it wasn't a plumbing issue. Several tile professionals looked at the leak and none of them could define what was causing it. Matt arrived and offered several suggestions to correct and identify the problem. On his first phase of repair, he found the cause and corrected it. We didn't have to break a wall or call any additional service professionals. Pricing was fair, and he is dependable and knowledgeable. Two words: HIRE HIM!

I moved in to an old row home in West Chester recently and the master bathroom grout was in poor shape: dirty, cracked, crumbling in areas and spots where there were globs of grout. The bathroom also has a radiator and claw foot tub so not the easiest to maneuver in. But since I didn't want to take on the expense of a renovation yet I thought I would try Sir Grout to get it in at least better shape for now. I was shocked at the result!
