I moved in to an old row home in West Chester recently and the master bathroom grout was in poor shape: dirty, cracked, crumbling in areas and spots where there were globs of grout. The bathroom also has a radiator and claw foot tub so not the easiest to maneuver in. But since I didn't want to take on the expense of a renovation yet I thought I would try Sir Grout to get it in at least better shape for now. I was shocked at the result! It looks like a brand new bathroom floor. Definitely recommend.

Another fantastic job done by Matt on my floors. Matt's attention to detail is second to none. He truly aims to please and is perfectionistic in his work. Our floors get so much dog traffic that after several months it becomes unbearable. When Matt comes and spends a few hours on them, the floors look brand new again! Amazing experience. Matt really knows his stuff. My tile/grout was horrible because of lots of dog traffic. It looks brand new. Matt was prompt during every aspect of the deal, from estimate to job completion. And he came in under the estimate by a little!
