Matt explained exactly what was needed to correct the mold problem and also suggested what materials to use to keep the mold and mildew away for years to come. Our kitchen floor had not been professionally cleaned since we installed it 33 years ago and I couldn't keep it looking clean any more myself. I called Matt and he came out right away to give us an estimate. Our floor is porcelain tiles and the irregular surface required more cleaning. Matt came out to do the cleaning and grout refinishing promptly as scheduled and worked hard for the next 4 hours to get our floor looking brand new again!

I was amazed at how he turned our floors from a grungy brown-grey with oil stains in the grout lines into a beautiful grey floor again with light grey grout lines! Matt was very neat and polite. He gave us instructions on how to care for the floor and keep it looking new. I cannot recommend him enough for his professionalism and the excellent work that he does!

Matt has an old world attention to detail. He is polite, accountable and stands behind his work. He did work on 3 of my showers and did a great job on time and when he said. One spot gave me a bit of trouble a year later and Matt came right out and fixed it up perfectly without any hesitation. I only wish more people were as focused on detail and proud of their work like Matt was. Very happy and highly recommend Sir Grout of Chester County.

This is the second time that Matt was asked to clean and recolor our tile. Two years ago we had our basement tiled and on the verge of a breakdown over the hardened residue left on the tile by our contractor. Matt cleaned and recolored the grout to perfection. Most recently, he cleaned and recolored our kitchen and morning room tile. Again, excellent results. Professional and very reliable. I give him 5 stars because I can't give him 10. Thank you Matt.
