We called Sir Grout because of a leak coming from our shower. During the estimate, he recommended we get a handyman first to fix something else. Then when he came back he charged us 25% of the original estimate because much of the other work had been done. I've never before experienced that from a contractor.

Everything about my experience with Sir Grout was great! Matt was punctual, both when he came to give me a quote and when he came for the actual work.
