Amazing experience. Matt really knows his stuff. My tile/grout was horrible because of lots of dog traffic. It looks brand new. Matt was prompt during every aspect of the deal, from estimate to job completion. And he came in under the estimate by a little!
Our kitchen floor had not been professionally cleaned since we installed it 33 years ago and I couldn't keep it looking clean any more myself. I called Matt and he came out right away to give us an estimate. Our floor is porcelain tiles and the irregular surface required more cleaning. Matt came out to do the cleaning and grout refinishing promptly as scheduled and worked hard for the next 4 hours to get our floor looking brand new again!
I was amazed at how he turned our floors from a grungy brown-grey with oil stains in the grout lines into a beautiful grey floor again with light grey grout lines! Matt was very neat and polite. He gave us instructions on how to care for the floor and keep it looking new. I cannot recommend him enough for his professionalism and the excellent work that he does!
